The Challenge
We recently teamed up with Samsung to produce a video case study showcasing the transformation of the Britvic Customer Experience Centre. Our goal was to highlight how Samsung’s cutting-edge technology has revolutionised customer presentations and content display at Britvic.
From concept to execution, our production team crafted a narrative that not only showcased Samsung's innovative tech but also highlighted the enhanced customer experience at Britvic.
Our Approach
Having worked on the content aspect of the project ourselves, we already had a pretty good understanding of the synergy between Britvic’s customer engagement goals and Samsung's tech solutions. But to ensure a seamless coverage of the full story, extensive discussions and pre-filming planning sessions set the groundwork for our storyboarding.
We then carefully planned the shoot, identifying key moments and locations, determining who would speak and what they would highlight, and ensuring we had the right equipment to capture every detail. Creating a comfortable atmosphere during interviews was crucial, allowing every participant to shine in front of the camera.
The Detail
On the day of the shoot, we scoped out Britvic's Customer Experience Centre, adjusting lighting, sound, and camera angles to perfectly capture the innovative environment enabled by Samsung’s products. Using multiple cameras and angles, we documented the immersive and dynamic nature of the space.
The Results
After dedicating time to post-shoot editing, we crafted a compelling story ready for Samsung to showcase their success with Britvic. We fine-tuned lighting, audio, and transitions to ensure the final product was impactful and visually stunning, perfectly reflecting the transformation of the Britvic Customer Experience Centre.
