The Challenge
ChangeGroup is a leading foreign exchange and bureau de change company, with a big presence in retail and travel hubs around the world.
As part of a big brand marketing drive, we’ve been working closely with ChangeGroup to immersively showcase their services, across both digital signage and print.
After initially tasking us with revamping their digital signage content strategy and design at a single airport location, this quickly escalated to multiple locations and channels, with more exciting content rollouts still underway.
Our Approach
We began by conceptualising how ChangeGroup could be maximising the content on their concession LEDs, digital signage screens, rate boards and ATMs, to subtly promote their services, while also celebrating the romance of travel. We took care of every aspect of campaign delivery, covering creative strategy to content production and everything in between.
The Detail
From abstract flamenco scenes to fascinating underwater visuals, we designed the campaigns to cleverly span across multiple endpoints on a single concessions stand - stopping passers-by in their tracks as they’re instantly drawn in by the visuals, with 3D and other engaging effects coming into play.
In addition to the digital campaigns for the concession stands and ATMs, we also worked on a series of print campaigns - including directional print for airports and special event posters, to promote their currency services to those that may be travelling for the World Cup and other big events.
The Results
So far the roll-out of campaigns can be seen at Gatwick Airport and London Luton Airport, as well as cities in Spain and Finland.
Multiple additional locations are also pending around the rest of the world, as the project continues. Stay tuned for more.
