The Challenge

Interserve, a global construction, equipment and support company with many subsidiaries across the world, required content for multiple endpoints positioned around their workspace.

Our Approach

Workspace technology experts, coodart, implemented a six-panelled panoramic videowall solution, as well as additional endpoints throughout the Interserve workspace. We were tasked with designing the on-screen content for each of the endpoints, to help keep employees informed, engaged and inspired.

We looked at the overall digital journey, piecing together creative content that was suitable for the specific space, audience and purpose.

The Detail

For the Interserve reception area and its videowall, we wanted to create a sense of place and engage visitors on arrival. We therefore chose to create outstanding backdrops of natural scenery for the videowall, a perfect platform for maximum impact. This digital imagery formed the basis of ‘the welcome window’.

The Results

All of the endpoints come together to create a very impressive and immersive visitor experience, while the internal communication elements have kept employees well informed, at all times. The thorough thought process behind the project has allowed for an easy to use communications tool that requires minimal management moving forward.
