The Challenge

We recently joined forces with Neat to create a dynamic and compelling video case study showcasing the seamless technology integrations between Neat and London Business School (LBS). Our goal was to bring to life the transformative impact Neat’s tech has had on enhancing communication, collaboration, and hybrid learning experiences at one of the world’s leading business schools.

From pre-production to final edits, our team managed the entire process— piecing together the narrative, and ensuring a smooth shoot that would illustrate how Neat’s solutions have transformed engagement and learning for faculty and students alike.

We really leaned into the pre-production phase, making sure every interview and shot list served the overall narrative. On shoot day, the energy was high, and the collaboration with both Neat and LBS made it a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Our Approach

To tell the full story of Neat’s integration with London Business School, we immersed ourselves in understanding how the institution was leveraging Neat’s technology to enhance its learning environment. This meant deep dives into how faculty, students, and IT teams interacted with the solutions and how they made a tangible difference.

Pre-filming planning was crucial — we carefully planned key pieces to camera, outlined interview segments, and planned our shot list to ensure we captured everything from real-time classroom experiences to behind-the-scenes tech setups. We aimed for a natural, engaging feel to ensure everyone on camera felt at ease while conveying authentic insights.

From the outset, we knew this video needed to feel both polished and authentic. Our focus was on showing real people using real tech in real environments—no staged moments. I’m really proud of how we struck that balance, especially in how we wove together classroom footage, interviews, and visual storytelling to highlight the human side of Neat’s innovation.

The Detail

On shoot day, we set up at London Business School, fine-tuning lighting, sound, and camera angles to highlight the cutting-edge tech integrations in action. Our goal was to capture not just the technical aspects but also the human impact— including how students and faculty were experiencing smoother collaboration, more interactive lectures, and greater accessibility. Showing them using the tech itself was key.

With a mix of multi-camera setups, interview segments, and real-world demonstrations, we crafted a visual narrative that showcased the tangible benefits of Neat’s integration into LBS’s ecosystem.

This project was a textbook example of strong coordination and teamwork. We had multiple moving parts, from scheduling with LBS stakeholders to setting up technical gear across a live campus environment, but everything ran to plan. Pre-production was key, and it really paid off during filming and post.

The Results

After careful post-production work—adjusting lighting, enhancing audio, adding music and fine-tuning transitions — we delivered a compelling final cut that told the story of Neat and London Business School’s successful tech collaboration.

The video now serves as a powerful asset for Neat’s marketing team, helping to showcase their cutting-edge technology’s impact on higher education and the future of learning.
