The Challenge
Inconosis, workplace AV adoption specialists, tasked us with creating a series of explainer videos to support their client’s employees in adopting their new Teams meeting room technology.
The goal was to simplify essential tasks like setting up meetings and sharing screens, ensuring every team member could navigate the new system with ease.

Our Approach
We managed every aspect, from scripting and filming to editing and animation — with the help of Inconosis on forming the adoption story. By adding animated callouts to highlight key actions, we made each video both clear and engaging, ensuring employees could follow each step confidently, seeing exactly how the technology will appear in each of the real-life meeting rooms.

The Detail
As a whole series of explainer videos, each one focuses on a key feature, presenting information in a concise, easy-to-understand format. Animated instructions guide viewers through each task, making the content accessible and memorable.
