The Challenge

We recently teamed up with Samsung, Stonegate, and CDW to craft a compelling video case study showcasing their massive technology deployment across Stonegate pubs. With over 4,000 screens rolled out across the UK in pubs, bars, and nightclubs, this was no small shoot. These displays serve a dynamic purpose—delivering locally tailored content, brand-driven messaging from head office, and sold media from multiple sources.

Our mission was to bring this project to life in a visually engaging way, capturing the scale, efficiency, and impact of the technology in action.

Our Approach

We started by diving deep into the details, understanding the scope of the roll-out, the key benefits of the technology, and the best way to visually communicate its impact. With that in mind, we developed a rough script, shoot plan, and a clear vision for the footage we needed to capture.

The plan included key speaker interviews, stunning shots of the displays in action, and close-ups of the tech at work. We also ensured we had a smooth on-the-day workflow, keeping the narrative clear and impactful.

From pre-production planning to execution, our team worked seamlessly to ensure we captured the essence of this massive deployment. Keeping the shoot dynamic and engaging was our top priority.

The Detail

On shoot day, we arrived early to scope out the venues, fine-tuning lighting, sound, and camera angles to bring out the best visuals. With multiple locations to cover, we moved efficiently, capturing the displays in different settings—from intimate pub corners to high-energy bars. We also worked closely with the speakers, ensuring they felt relaxed and confident in delivering their pieces to camera.

Filming across multiple venues in a single day required meticulous planning and coordination. Our team ensured every detail was considered, allowing for a smooth and efficient shoot.

The Results

Once filming wrapped, we took the footage into the editing suite, refining and enhancing it to create a high-impact final product. With so much valuable information to convey in a short space of time, we incorporated animated call-outs to highlight key messages clearly and effectively.

The final video is now being used by Samsung, Stonegate, and CDW in their marketing efforts, showcasing this impressive roll-out and the role technology plays in enhancing customer experience across Stonegate venues.
