One of the UK’s largest parcel delivery companies with its contemporary and highly innovative office space, required our creative take on how best to use digital content to positively impact their working environment and the visitor experience.

The Detail
Multiple touchpoints are located throughout the workspace, each fulfilling a different purpose. The waiting area display, for example, provided the optimal position for an impressive brand campaign. The breakout area screen, perfect for corporate messaging, features live news feeds, weather information, brand videos and live social media content – keeping content fresh, engaging and informative. This approach was also mirrored for employees on the outdoor screen in the communal area.
Dual screens positioned in the working space create a virtual window effect for captivating panoramic video content, alongside messaging about specific locations, parcel journeys, and branded escapism – with outdoor drone content appearing during intervals throughout the day.
The meeting room screen was focussed more on the adoption of technology, where an interactive digital experience offers helpful instruction on how to utilise the technology and increase tech-focussed productivity. Data dashboards and help screens were strategically placed around the office containing a mix of visual communications with live data to assist employees in carrying out certain tasks.
The Results
As coodart’s digital content experts, we were pulled into the project to add an innovative and creative twist to ‘typical’ corporate communications. Since the go-live, Hermes has visibly witnessed an increase in the adoption of technology throughout the company as well as receiving brilliant feedback for the unique and highly innovative visitor experience that its space now creates.
