The Challenge
Bristol Airport approached us to produce a series of short videos to be used across social media that really captured the experience and atmosphere within the terminal. The videos had to connect with the different persona’s that travel through the airport, whilst promoting the different offerings of retail and catering.
Our Approach
We initially scoped the airport for our filming locations, ones that showcased a good range of retail, catering as well as some of those memorable sights of travel. Once we had a plan, it was time to cast our actors, which not only aligned with Bristol Airport’s persona guide, but ones that also had a great connection and could pull on our viewers emotive side.
The Detail
With the intention of really showcasing the amazing passenger experience and the heavy investments made to the airport environment, an emotive story unfolds, all while subtly incorporating the little details that make the experience so unique.

The Results
The series of videos created a great response across social media and serves as timeless campaign that truly showcases the excitement of travel alongside the experience Bristol Airport provides. Due to the beauty and emotive nature of the campaign an edit combining a number of locations was also edited to become the hero visual of the airports website.
