The unquestionable value of long-lasting client relationships

It was just during a recent meeting, that we got to talking about how many of our clients we’ve been working with since the very beginning of launching VISUALAB Media. 

That got me thinking. How many of our existing client base have we delivered just a single project for, with no additional works planned for the future? The answer - zero! That’s when we realised we had an even greater story to tell, and decided to put it into numbers. 

So, we did some calculations and it just so happens that since launching our business in 2016, 91.3% of our total client base have used our services on more than one occasion and the other 8.7% of clients who have used us just the once, have shown interest in using us again in the near future. Those to us are some impressive stats. 

Now, at the time of starting each new conversation, we of course had no idea it would evolve into a long-standing relationship - so it just goes to show how great communication, excellent service, and being able to deliver on your promise, will benefit your business hugely in the long-term, with your work speaking for itself.

We’re not one to blow our own trumpets, but we were just so taken aback by that finding and what it says about our business and our offering, that we wanted to shout about it - just a little! 

So, if you haven’t already - take a minute to do the math on how many clients you’ve worked with again, and again, verses how many have fallen off the radar. It’s definitely an interesting statistic to learn about your business.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with a whole range of businesses, across so many different industries, and to have those clients blossom into the long-lasting relationships that they have, is something we’re incredibly proud of!
