Efficient visual monitoring dashboard for Scala’s technical support team.
With a big proportion of customers relying on Scala’s support services, the business needed a visual monitoring dashboard to easily communicate the status of its customer’s media players to its support team.
We were tasked with designing the interface to quickly and easily inform support staff if and when there was an issue that required their attention. We designed a top level dashboard, where colour coded infographic cards allowed for easy monitoring of error levels. Each card could then be clicked into for more of a detailed breakdown.
After designing the interface, the physical build was carried out by the Scala development team.
