Improved online shopping experience

Online pet store, Pooch DVD, tasked us with redesigning its existing e-commerce site and moving it onto a simpler platform for their team to be able to manage in-house. With its handy inventory management system and combined SEO tools, the online retailer opted for Shopify. 

To allow for a straight-forward customer experience, we organised and segmented the products into easy to navigate categories using the Shopify back-office system. We also edited all of the product imagery and re-wrote all product related copy to help drive sales. 

Since the relaunch and move over to Shopify, the team have found it incredibly easy to oversee the website and keep on top of managing orders and inventory listings. Orders have also soared, proving that a better customer experience has a huge impact on conversion.
